Field operations, verified

Proof that the work was done.

Bolvido turns a worker’s “done” into evidence a customer can see — photos, signatures and location captured at the moments that matter, checked against the workflow you defined.

Bolvido verifies work, not people.

How work flows

From a workflow you defined to proof you can hand over.

The worker app

Evidence, captured where the work happens.

The worker sees the checklist the workflow defined, captures what it asks for, and signs. The van has no signal? The work is held on the device and lands the moment it does.

Every piece of evidence carries who captured it, when, and where — bound to the job it proves.

The office

Every job, and the proof behind it.

Verification runs the moment a job completes. The office sees a verdict, not an inbox.

Evidence

Captured 12 m from site · at check-in

Watch a job get verified.

“Completed” is a claim by the party with the most incentive to make it. Bolvido checks it against the workflow you defined — and sometimes says no.

Without Bolvido

  • “It’s done” — from the person paid to say so
  • Photos in someone’s camera roll
  • A phone call to ask if the crew arrived
  • Paper forms in a van
  • A dispute you cannot settle

With Bolvido

  • A verdict from evidence, against the workflow you defined
  • Photos bound to the job, hashed, immutable
  • Location captured once, at the site, as proof of presence
  • A signed hand-off, attributed to a named person
  • An audit trail you can hand to the customer

One core, many verticals

The same engine. Different requirements.

Every industry runs the same three beats — do the work, capture what the workflow asked for, get a verdict. Only the requirements change. Nothing here is an industry plugin.

  2. Customer signature
  3. Verified

Verification is expensive. That’s the point.

Three decisions that cost us something, and what we bought with them.

Immutable evidence costs storage.

Evidence is never overwritten or deleted in place. Proof you can edit is not proof, so a correction is an addition, and the storage bill is the price of the guarantee.

Offline durability costs complexity.

A worker who loses one completed job stops trusting the app forever. The device holds the work until the server acknowledges it — write-before-confirm, retain-until-acknowledged. That is expensive by choice.

Verification costs a verdict you may not like.

A workflow that demands a signature and does not get one fails, and the job comes back. We could make that never happen. It would make the green tick worthless.

What it does

Everything between the job and the proof.

Workflow engine

Define what a kind of job requires — checklist items, evidence steps, who signs. Every job copies the workflow at creation, so editing a template never rewrites a job that has already run.

Verification that can say no

Completed evidence is checked against the job’s own copy of the workflow. Two required photos and one arrives? The job comes back, with a reason. A verifier that cannot reject is a rubber stamp.

Evidence with provenance

Photos, signatures, one-time location. Hashed, append-only, attributed to the person who captured it. Proof you can edit is not proof.

One accountable lead

A crew can share the work and the evidence. Exactly one person starts, completes, and signs. “The crew did it” names nobody.

Offline by design

The van has no signal. The work still lands: captured on the device, held until the server acknowledges it, never lost.

Stop taking “done” on trust.

Define the workflow. Capture the evidence. Let Bolvido decide whether it holds up.
