Field operations, verified
Bolvido turns a worker’s “done” into evidence a customer can see — photos, signatures and location captured at the moments that matter, checked against the workflow you defined.
Bolvido verifies work, not people.

How work flows
The worker app
The worker sees the checklist the workflow defined, captures what it asks for, and signs. The van has no signal? The work is held on the device and lands the moment it does.
Every piece of evidence carries who captured it, when, and where — bound to the job it proves.

Verification runs the moment a job completes. The office sees a verdict, not an inbox.

“Completed” is a claim by the party with the most incentive to make it. Bolvido checks it against the workflow you defined — and sometimes says no.

One core, many verticals
Every industry runs the same three beats — do the work, capture what the workflow asked for, get a verdict. Only the requirements change. Nothing here is an industry plugin.
Recurring visits. Photo proof, every time.
Work performed on an asset with a service history.
Regulated chemical logging, signed by a licensed applicator.
Conditional pass/fail forms. The verdict is the deliverable.
Asset scans and sensor readings as evidence.
Before-and-after proof of an area, not an object.
A signature at hand-off, bound to the person who took it.
Three decisions that cost us something, and what we bought with them.
Evidence is never overwritten or deleted in place. Proof you can edit is not proof, so a correction is an addition, and the storage bill is the price of the guarantee.
A worker who loses one completed job stops trusting the app forever. The device holds the work until the server acknowledges it — write-before-confirm, retain-until-acknowledged. That is expensive by choice.
A workflow that demands a signature and does not get one fails, and the job comes back. We could make that never happen. It would make the green tick worthless.
What it does
Define what a kind of job requires — checklist items, evidence steps, who signs. Every job copies the workflow at creation, so editing a template never rewrites a job that has already run.
Completed evidence is checked against the job’s own copy of the workflow. Two required photos and one arrives? The job comes back, with a reason. A verifier that cannot reject is a rubber stamp.
Photos, signatures, one-time location. Hashed, append-only, attributed to the person who captured it. Proof you can edit is not proof.
A crew can share the work and the evidence. Exactly one person starts, completes, and signs. “The crew did it” names nobody.
The van has no signal. The work still lands: captured on the device, held until the server acknowledges it, never lost.
Define the workflow. Capture the evidence. Let Bolvido decide whether it holds up.
