Careers
Build software that can say no.
Cleaners, engineers and inspectors finish millions of jobs a day, out of sight and taken on trust. Bolvido turns their “done” into evidence — and sends the job back when the evidence is not there. Building something that refuses is harder, and better, than building something that agrees.
How we build.
Correctness is the product
We sell evidence. A verification bug is not a bug, it is a lie told on a customer’s behalf. Every backend change is written test-first, tenancy and concurrency are tested rather than assumed, and a fix without a regression test is not a fix.
Decisions are written down
Anything that changes the shape of the domain gets an architecture decision record: what we chose, what we rejected, and why. A decision without documented, rejected alternatives is an opinion. We would rather argue in a document than in a code review six months later.
Say no to your own product
The most valuable thing we have built is a verifier that refuses jobs. The second most valuable is the list of things we decided not to build — surveillance features, fleet tracking, productivity scores. Knowing what Bolvido is not is most of knowing what it is.
Ownership, not tickets
You will pick up a problem, decide what it actually is, disagree with how it was framed, and ship the answer. Nobody here hands you a specification and checks the boxes afterwards.
Small on purpose
Direct access to the people who build the product is a feature we sell. That only stays true while the team is small enough for it to be honest.
No open positions today.
When we begin hiring, every open role will appear on this page. We do not keep a talent pool or a rolling application pipeline — collecting CVs against roles that do not exist wastes your time and flatters ours.
If what you read above sounds like where you want to work, write to us anyway. Tell us what you have built and what you refused to build.
