Pricing

Priced against your workflows, not a seat count.

We do not publish a price because we would have to invent one. Tell us how you work and we will quote against it.

What determines the price.

Company size

How many sites and customers you operate across.

Crew size

How many people are assigned work in a given month. People without logins count the same as people with them.

Modules

The core — workflows, evidence, verification — plus whatever else you actually use.

Requirements

Data residency, retention, SSO and audit obligations change the shape of a deployment.

How an implementation actually goes.

Four steps, and the second one is where we find out whether Bolvido fits you.

  1. 1

    Talk

Thirty minutes on your workflows. Not a slide deck: we want the job that goes wrong, and what proof would have settled it.

  2. 2

    Model one workflow

We build your hardest job as a workflow and run it end to end, including a rejection. If the model does not fit, this is where it fails, not six months in.

  3. 3

    Pilot

One crew, real jobs, real evidence. You keep the audit trail whether or not you continue.

  4. 4

    Roll out

Remaining crews, imported sites, and whatever integration your back office needs.

Enterprise.

If you need a Data Processing Agreement, defined data residency, retention policies, SSO or an audit process, say so on the first call. These are deployment decisions, and they are cheaper to make before a pilot than after one. Our security page says plainly what exists today and what does not.

Questions we get asked.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because a per-seat number would be a guess about your operation. A ten-person cleaning company with one workflow and a two-hundred-person HVAC contractor with regulated forms are not the same product. We would rather quote against your workflows than publish a number we would have to walk back.

Do people without logins cost anything?

They are counted as crew. A subcontractor who never signs in is still assigned work, still appears on the crew, and still has evidence attributed to them — so they are part of what Bolvido is doing for you.

Is there a free trial?

There is a pilot: one crew, your real jobs, a workflow we model with you. It is not self-serve, because setting up a workflow badly is the fastest way to conclude the product does not work.

What does onboarding involve?

Modelling your workflows, importing your sites and people, and training the crews on the app. The workflow modelling is the part that matters; the rest is data entry.

What support do you offer?

Direct access to the people who build it. We are small enough that this is not a concession — it is how the product improves.

Can we self-host?

Not today. Ask us about data residency; that is usually the real question underneath.

Stop taking “done” on trust.

Define the workflow. Capture the evidence. Let Bolvido decide whether it holds up.
