Terms of service.
The agreement between Bolvido and the companies that use it.

This document describes how Bolvido is built and how we intend to operate. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not yet a binding policy. It must not be relied upon, and Bolvido must not go to market, until it has been.
The service
Bolvido provides a platform for defining field-work workflows, capturing evidence against them, and verifying completed work. Access is granted to an organisation, and the organisation decides who within it may sign in.
Your account and your people
You are responsible for who you grant access to, and for the accuracy of the people and sites you configure. Login is optional for the people you assign work to; where you do grant it, you are responsible for the credentials issued.
Your data
Your data is yours. Bolvido processes it on your instructions to provide the service, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it with anyone other than the sub-processors we disclose.
Evidence is immutable. Once captured it is never altered or deleted in place, because a record you can edit is not a record. Deletion at the end of a contract is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
Acceptable use
You will not use Bolvido to:
- Monitor or surveil individuals outside the performance of a specific job.
- Capture evidence from a person who has not been assigned to the job it belongs to.
- Attempt to access another organisation's data.
- Test the security of the platform without writing to us first.
The first item is not boilerplate. Bolvido is built so that it cannot be used that way, and we will terminate an account that attempts it.
Verification results
Bolvido evaluates the evidence a job produced against the workflow that job copied at creation. A verdict is a statement about that evaluation and nothing more. It is not a legal opinion, a certification, or a warranty that work was performed to a professional standard, and it does not relieve you of your obligations to your own customers or regulators.
Availability and changes
The product changes, and features described on this website may change with it. Where a change removes something you depend on, we will tell you before we make it.

Fees, liability, and termination
Commercial terms are agreed with each customer and are set out in the order form and the agreement that references these terms.
